The Zeekr 001 is the first in its class of premium and stylish coupe-style sports crossovers, with what the company claims is “Tesla Model X performance at half the price.” For this car, its own base called SEA, which stands for Sustainable Experience Architecture, was developed. It is based on a modular design with one or two electric motors. The overall body shape of the car resembles a Porsche Panamera. Elegant stampings, a low profile, noticeable details and huge 19-diameter wheels hide the true dimensions of the machine. Its length, width and height are 4970*1999*1560 mm with a wheelbase of 3005 mm. On the hood there are vertical lines of daytime running lights. The main headlight module is located on the bumper, all LED optics. The rear lights look interesting due to the three-dimensional structure of the running lights and the LED strip across the entire width of the car. Attention is drawn to the advanced spoiler with a complex shape and the autopilot camera on the roof. There are more than 10 cameras in the car, in addition to those mounted in the housing of the rear-view mirror under the windshield. The seats are covered with leather. Sports seat profile. The steering wheel is wrapped in the same leather as the interior. It has adjustable touch controls for controlling the car’s capabilities. Instead of a control panel, the main display is 15.4 inches. Essentially, all of the car’s control comes from it. Under the screen is the air duct of the ventilation system, under it is a block of touch keys for access to frequently used functions. On the central tunnel, there is a panel for wireless charging of a mobile phone, a control panel for switching driving modes, a multimedia control knob and two glass holders. There is more than enough space in the rear seats, there is a wide central armrest and its own climate control unit. The ceiling is lined with black Alcantara, and there is a huge tinted sunroof in the roof. The trunk is covered with pleasant fabric, the floor is two-level. If you need more space – the backs of the rear sofa fold and you can transfer more luggage. The capacity of the traction battery is 86 kWh, the power is 544 hp. Of course, an electric car with such characteristics cannot be slow. The manufacturer promises acceleration to the first hundred in 3.8 seconds. The manufacturer indicates the range according to the NEDC cycle – 536 km. Charging connectors are on the driver’s side. In the rear wing, under the hatch with an electric drive, there is a GB/T direct current connector with a maximum power consumption of up to 360 kW. On the front wing, the AC connector of the same standard is three-phase.
